This course uses the THRIVE AF Method, which is the most effective way to make alcohol insignificant and live a life of abundance.

This module goes through insights about alcohol and its impact on our lives, so you can reflect on your own relationship with alcohol and consider if your life would be better off without it.

M1.1 Are You Being Served?: 

In this lesson, you'll hear my personal story and get insights about alcohol and its impact on our lives, so that you can reflect on their own relationship with alcohol and consider whether life would be better off without it.

M1.2 The Other Side Of Fear:

In this lesson, you'll go through the topic of fear and its connection to our actions, specifically in relation to alcohol consumption. You'll learn about my personal experiences and thoughts on why we often continue drinking despite knowing it no longer brings us joy, so you can reflect on your own reasons for wanting to stop drinking.

M1.3 Design Your Life:

In this lesson, you'll discover the journey of becoming alcohol free and how it leads to questioning and designing the life you truly wanted. You'll also learn the importance of recognizing where you are and where you want to be, so you can think about your own desires and goals.

M1.4 Only Gaining:

In this lesson, you'll hear 25 reasons why you should consider ditching alcohol for at least 100 days. This will help you see the incredible benefits that come with an alcohol-free lifestyle. You will be encouraged to track your progress and celebrate milestones along the way, so you can discover that this journey is all about gaining, and not giving up anything!

M1.5 In The Beginning:

In this lesson, you'll be guided on how to Thrive Alcohol Free. You'll dive into what to do, and the importance of setting a non-negotiable period of time where you don't drink. You will also get tips to help you get started, so you can discover for yourself, the benefits of an alcohol free lifestyle.

M1.6 Open Your Mind:

In this lesson, you will discover tools, resources, and practical steps needed for success. You'll gain knowledge of the eight essential items to include in an Alcohol Free Toolkit and emphasize the importance of daily self-care. This is so you have a clear understanding of how to prioritize self-care and create your own Alcohol Free Toolkit and list of self-care activities.

You will also get key strategies to help you overcome cravings and build and maintain a sustainable and enjoyable alcohol free lifestyle.

This module covers how to get through the initial alcohol free firsts and navigate various situations without alcohol.

M2.1 The First Hurdle:

In this lesson, you will hear the challenges and rewards of embracing an alcohol free lifestyle. You will get five tips to navigate various situations, such as social events and work dinners, without alcohol. It will help you begin to own our alcohol-free identity, so you can confidently enjoy these "firsts" and realize that what once seemed impossible is absolutely doable.

M2.2 It's Not About Them:

In this lesson, you'll discover the power of embracing our inner light and the fear that holds us back from realizing our true potential. You will also gain insights on setting boundaries, saying no, and prioritizing ourselves in social situations. 

You will learn to navigate concerns about how the decision to stop drinking may impact our relationships, particularly with partners, so you'll feel empowered to embrace your own light and create the amazing future you deserve.

Module 2.3 Where's The Passion

In this lesson, you'll hear how to live as your authentic self. You will understand that you may have lost your passion and this is likely due to the impact of alcohol over time. It will help you think about how to re-discover passions and hobbies, so you can discover how to find your spark again.

M2.4 1440 Minutes In A Day

In this lesson, you will learn the importance of establishing a routine to make the most of your day. You will understand the significance of having morning and evening routines and hear actions you can take to begin to establish your own morning and evening routines, so you can start to make the most of the time you've freed up now you are no longer drinking.

This module provides practical tips and exercises to help you establish your new alcohol free identity.

Module 3.1 Change Your Spots For Good

In this lesson, you will hear the concept of changing your identity and how it relates to your alcohol-free journey. You will get insights on how you can break free from the belief that you can't change. 

You will also discover the importance of making a conscious decision to stay on the alcohol free path and the benefits it brings. You will receive practical tips and exercises, so you can establish your new alcohol free identity and live a joyful life aligned with your values.

Module 3.2 Embrace Your Emotions

In this lesson, you will gain insights on the importance of embracing our emotions and the impact of alcohol on our ability to do so. You will understand how starting drinking at a young age can hinder our emotional growth and the long-term effects of alcohol on our health. 

You will be provided with tools and techniques to help manage and process emotions without relying on alcohol. You will go on a journey of self-discovery, so you can learn how to find joy and strength in embracing your emotions.

Module 3.3 The Future Is Bright

In this lesson, you will discover the potential opportunities that lie ahead and how you can make your future bright. You will explore setting goals and finding clarity on what you truly want to accomplish in life. You will also be introduced a framework, which will help you evaluate different areas of your life and find balance.

Module 3.4 Dream Big

In this lesson, you will learn the importance of dreaming big and having a clear vision for your life. Being alcohol free can help expand your vision and reach your full potential. You will hear personal experiences and tips on creating a vision board and using visualization techniques. These will help you take the first step towards your dreams and live the life you truly want!
